The Basic Bee

$300

Includes:

  • Full use of our entire building for 2 hours, clean up is included in time slot

  • No restrictions on number of kids

  • Access to the building 1/2 hour prior to party time for set up

  • Clean up- host's responsibility. 

The Worker Bee

Includes:

  • Full use of our entire building for 2 hours, clean up is included in time slot

The Big-Bee Day Bash

$425

Includes:

  • Full use of our entire building for 2 hours

  • No restriction on number of kids

  • Access to the building 1/2 hour prior to party time for set up

  • Food and beverages included 

    • 2 large 2 topping pizzas​

    • individual bag of chips

    • juice box or water bottle

  • The Staff will set up the party room. Not responsible for balloons.

    • Note: Families may provide their own decorations the week prior to the party.  If the family does not provide their own decorations, generic decorations can be provided, please see below.

  • Clean up-STAFF's responsibility​

  • 10 inch Cake provided as well. Work with our team to choose your color, theme, and flavor.

  • Tables and chairs.  Max seating 24 guests at one time.

  • Tablecloths, napkins and plates, (blue, pink, green, purple, etc)

  • Happy Birthday Banner​

  • Additional pizzas are available, for an additional charge. ($8 per pizza)

Need an extra hour?  Add one more hour* to your party for $75

*Extra Hour is subject to availability.  May not be available for all dates and times.  In order to guarantee the additional time, please be sure to speak with the staff while scheduling your event.

Balance is due the day of the event.

Last minute bee...

If you don't wish to book a birthday party package. You can also book our ROOM ONLY. 

  • $75 per/hour

  • Does not include ANYTHING except the room, tables and chairs.

  • You can not book this room more than ONE WEEK ahead of time.

  • NO admission included

  • Payment due upon booking in full

  • You are responsible for cleanup 

    ****This is ONLY available if we can fit you into the schedule.****

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit will be charged the day of booking in order to hold the date and time requested.  The $100 will be applied to the party balance.​

  • If you have any special requests or questions, don't hesitate to ask!

Day of the party

  • Come in up to 30 minutes early to set up.

  • Fill out an in person Party form. Final balance to be paid before the party.

  • A Party Registration form will be provided to for Host.

  • Once guests start arriving, they will sign in on the Host's registration form.

  • Bluetooth sound system available for you. Pair your phone or listen to our "Kids' Mix"

  • Socks will be required for everyone going out on the foam floor.  Socks are available for purchase at the front desk if needed.

  • The party is yours to control.  You will be given a reminder when there is 30 minutes remaining in your time.

Clean-up
(Basic and Worker only)

Host is responsible for clean-up.  Failure to complete these 3 things will result in a $30 charge to your card stored on file.

  • All food/drink to be removed from the building, or placed in the provided trash.

  • Tables and chairs will be wiped off and free from food/drink debris.

  • Party room floor will be swept and cleaned of any food/drink spills.
